Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; independent decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Leads executive, administrative and staff talent acquisition and workforce development activities.
• Develops strategies, dashboards and processes for acquisition and development of administrative staff.
• Directs day-to-day HR operations, financials and talent management for assigned areas.
• Ensures alignment with strategic plan and a qualified pipeline of candidates.
