You will partner with hiring managers, create compelling postings, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while building executive dashboards and forecasting hiring needs. Join a team focused on data-driven HR and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, workforce planning, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and source top talent.
• Create compelling job postings and source candidates via multiple channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide workforce insights and analytics.
• Support workforce planning and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
