NRI in Henderson, NV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build robust candidate pipelines, source top talent, and guide leaders on identifying and hiring great fits in a fast-paced environment.

You will own full lifecycle recruitment, leverage social media and ATS tools, and partner with multiple departments to deliver timely, quality hires while maintaining confidentiality and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of full life-cycle recruiter experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local colleges, and other creative strategies.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone, virtual or in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
• Coordinate with hiring manager to present offers of employment and negotiate a competitive offer to close.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our employees, managers, and candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all activities and records.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
