Job summary

Nike is seeking an analytics lead to connect data, technology, and business needs across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. You will drive reporting strategy, manage dashboards, and partner with leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will develop scalable analytics solutions, forecast workforce needs, and build business cases for new technologies. The role emphasizes data literacy and empowering recruiters and leaders to use insights effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA and TM reporting roadmap and partner with HR Reporting.
• Manage the TA Tableau dashboard portfolio and launch new reporting solutions.
• Gather and prioritize requests, translate needs into scalable reporting or system solutions.
• Partner with HR, PA&I and other teams to incorporate data fields and functionality into dashboards.
