• Prepare data ahead of QBR discussions.
• Lead due diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Stitch together Offer Negotiation and SHRM-CP workflows that used to run on email.
• Monitor industry shifts and advise leadership on strategic responses.
• Author the playbook so the next Talent Acquisition Specialist doesn’t start from scratch.
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across AR.
