Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting and complex searches.
• 2+ years leading recruiting programs and coaching recruiters.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and guiding tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex searches and senior stakeholder partnerships.
• Develop multichannel sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Diagnose stalled searches and recalibrate strategy.
• Guide interview design, offers, and candidate closing.
• Ensure equitable, transparent candidate experience.
