Job summary

AAA Central Penn is seeking a People & Culture Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts and partner with hiring leaders. You will build programs that strengthen talent pipelines and recruit across communities, colleges, and workforce organizations.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, design proactive sourcing strategies, and create engaging postings. Travel for events and partnerships as needed to support future talent growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, organizational leadership, or related field.
• At least three years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and developing recruiting programs.
• Ability to travel for recruiting events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting experience from sourcing and screening through structured behavioral interviews and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build relationships with colleges, workforce orgs, and community partners and represent AAA Central Penn at events.
• Develop and support internship, early-career, college recruiting, and workforce development programs.
• Create engaging job postings and outreach to attract talent.
• Use recruiting metrics to evaluate results and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records to support compliant hiring practices.
