Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions.
• Source qualified candidates through online channels.
• Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and teams.
• Conduct reference or background checks on applicants.
• Maintain recruiting records and ensure organized processes.
