You will manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain the ATS, and build strong relationships to meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer acceptance.
• Provide onboarding support and ensure a positive candidate experience.
