Job summary

L&S Electric is seeking an HR/Recruiting professional to lead full lifecycle recruiting and ensure excellent onboarding experiences. You will coordinate hiring plans with managers, manage job postings, screenings, and interviews, and help drive company-wide HR initiatives.

Applicants should have an associate degree and 2+ years in HR or recruiting, with strong communication skills and ATS experience. This on-site role supports a manufacturing environment in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, Business or another related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR or Recruiting preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• English oral and written proficiency, required.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting: postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Onboarding: background checks, hiring info entry, first day/week planning.
• Communications: collaborate with hiring managers, draft notices and campaigns.
• Metrics: track and report recruiting metrics to HR and executives.
• Support other HR initiatives as needed; travel as required.
