Dynalectric Oregon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support HR by attracting qualified talent through diverse sourcing channels. The role includes creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating outreach and events with internal teams.

You will build robust pipelines through job boards, social media, and partnerships, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with marketing for content planning.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in HR Management or Business preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition principles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Review hiring needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Create screening questions for phone screens and interviews.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and postings.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and outreach with internal teams.
• Manage candidate screening, sourcing, resumes, interviews, and feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Support LinkedIn content planning and social media outreach.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus events, and partnerships.
