The role emphasizes screening, coordination with hiring managers, campus partnerships, and mentorship initiatives while maintaining accurate candidate records and collaborating with marketing on content across channels.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in HR Management or Business preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition principles.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
• Job fair experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Manage recruitment events including job fairs and outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing on HR LinkedIn content and campaigns.
• Establish expectations with hiring managers and track progress.
