Shannon & Wilson in Seattle seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting across 14 offices, partner with company leaders, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, experience in A/E/Construction, proficiency with ATS/CRM tools, excellent communication, and willingness to travel and work a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6+ years in talent acquisition; or 9+ years in recruiting without degree.
• Experience in Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of talent strategies, workforce planning, and hiring forecasts.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office, incl. Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting across 14 offices.
• Develop and lead hiring strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, priorities, and market conditions.
• Improve candidate experience and manage escalations with stakeholders.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve results and speed to hire.
• Maintain records in the ATS and ensure compliance with laws.
