Job summary

DAC Group is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead global staffing across DAC’s offices, shaping hiring strategies and processes. You will oversee recruitment platforms, manage end-to-end hiring, and build strong pipelines to support business goals.

The role requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment and leadership, with experience in a digital marketing agency environment preferred. This hybrid role involves collaboration with leadership and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience and progressive leadership.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, search engines and job boards.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws relevant to jurisdictions DAC operates in.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Digital marketing agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and align staffing with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple platforms.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage qualified candidates.
• Oversee internal and external talent attraction platforms and the career site.
• Manage hiring process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and track key hiring metrics for improvements.
• Partner with leaders to align staffing with business goals.
• Train hiring managers on recruitment best practices at DAC.
• Oversee and promote DAC’s internship program.
