Job summary

DAC Group in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead global staffing efforts and manage all hiring systems and processes. You will partner with leadership to align staffing with business goals and oversee the internship program.

The role requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment, expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, and a record of building strong talent pipelines across DAC’s offices. Three days in-office per week; remote work not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment with progressive leadership.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and job boards.
• Knowledge of employment laws across DAC jurisdictions.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Digital marketing agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to train others on ATS and recruit tech-savvy teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
• Oversee internal and external talent attraction platforms and the company career site.
• Manage hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Oversee talent attraction platforms and build talent pipelines.
• Track hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data for improvements.
• Partner with leadership to align staffing needs with business goals.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities for talent acquisition.
• Train hiring managers on effective recruitment practices for DAC.
• Oversee and promote DAC’s internship program.
• Improve processes and procedures within Talent Acquisition.
• Support People & Culture initiatives.
