Job summary

DAC Group, a global full-funnel performance media agency, seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead staffing across global offices. You’ll design strategy, oversee ATS, build pipelines, and partner with leadership to align hiring with business goals.

You’ll source and interview candidates, manage offers and onboarding, and promote DAC’s internship program. Three in-office days per week; remote work is not available. Salary range $90,000–$110,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience and progressive leadership experience.
• In-depth experience sourcing active and passive candidates including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, search engines and job boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
• Oversees all internal and external talent attraction platforms, including the company’s career site, job boards, digital/social assets, etc.
• Manage hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Oversee talent attraction platforms and build talent pipelines.
• Track key hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data for improvements.
• Partner with leadership to align staffing needs with business goals.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities for talent acquisition.
• Train hiring managers on effective recruitment practices for DAC.
• Oversee and internally promote DAC’s internship program.
• Work towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures within Talent Acquisition.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and projects as needed.
