Job summary

DAC is a global full-funnel performance media agency seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to oversee staffing across global offices, lead strategic searches, and optimize hiring systems and processes. The role focuses on developing recruitment strategies, pipeline building, and process improvement.

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and expertise with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with leadership.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions DAC operates.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Digital marketing agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across platforms.
• Manage hiring process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Oversee talent attraction platforms and build pipelines.
• Track hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data.
• Partner with leadership to align staffing needs with business goals.
• Train hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
• Oversee internship program.
