Job summary

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience — Required.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Full-cycle / end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and manage SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Interview process management.
• Ability to meet or exceed service-delivery expectations.
• Undergraduate degree in HR, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global recruitment strategies for assigned areas.
• Manage interview processes for each requisition.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from job spec to candidate acceptance.
• Provide leadership in broad recruiting solutions to ensure high service delivery.
• Review and improve advertising of job opportunities; partner with internal teams.
• Conduct needs assessments with hiring managers before sourcing.
• Establish communication strategies with hiring managers on feedback and SLAs.
• Ensure end-to-end recruiting aligns with strategy; manage candidate experience.
• Analyze performance of sourcing strategies and drive improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of TA trends; build a strong online employer brand.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training as needed.
