Job summary

Civil-recruit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Admin I to support end-to-end recruitment, from job specification to candidate acceptance. The role partners with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies, manage interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience, meeting recruitment SLAs.

The ideal candidate has recruiting experience, ATS experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in HR, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with ATS systems and full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and developing talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from job spec to candidate acceptance.
• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
• Manage interview processes and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Provide leadership in recruiting solutions and benchmark performance.
• Maintain employer brand and develop talent pools for vacancies.
