Job summary

civil-recruit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Admin I to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, deliver strong candidate experiences, and meet SLAs across multiple requisitions.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, talent-pool development, and continuous process improvements to strengthen the employer brand. Prior recruiting experience and ATS proficiency are required.

• Interview process management.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains recruitment strategies for assigned areas.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment process from job spec to candidate acceptance.
• Leads interview processes and coordinates with hiring managers.
• Builds talent pools and sources to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Maintains a strong employer brand and recruitment process improvements.
• Provides training and guidance to junior team members where needed.
