• Develops and implements recruitment processes across all stages.
• Drafts accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods based on role and industry.
• Assists with job postings and advertisements.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules and prepares interview materials and questions.
• Participates in interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Supports offer process including salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Attends college job fairs and recruitment sessions.
