Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Drafts detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview questions and materials.
• Assists with the offer process, including salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
