Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
• Hands-on full cycle recruiting experience with various interview techniques.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from initial contact through onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to source and engage candidates.
• Analyze recruitment trends and metrics to improve outcomes.
• Maintain ATS candidate data and documentation throughout hiring.
• Develop job descriptions and interview questions reflecting requirements.
• Organize job fairs and recruitment events in a professional manner.
• Create recruitment marketing materials and social media content.
