Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from posting through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria.
• Source candidates via cold outreach, networking, career fairs, and referrals.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
