Job summary

Nammo Perry is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment, employer branding and community engagement in Florida. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, build candidate pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities include sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS data, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition through offer.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain ATS data, recruiting metrics, and recruiting records.
