Snackruptors Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a compliant and efficient process for all hires.

You will attract, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple platforms, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, extend offers, and maintain accurate records while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruitment processes
• Strong communication and organizational abilities for coordinating multiple stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with ESA and laws governing recruitment
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across recruitment
• Use multiple platforms (internal databases, job forums, social media) to attract candidates
• Maintain a candidate database and pipeline for future openings
• Coordinate initial interviews, prescreening, and in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Review candidate information in ATS and other screening methods
• Extend job offers and facilitate onboarding paperwork
• Post job listings on relevant platforms to reach diverse pools
• Represent the company at job fairs and events
• Submit IT access and onboarding tickets for new hires
• Monitor KPIs related to recruitment efficiency and quality
• Follow health, safety, and GMP/food safety guidelines
