Job summary

Snack Innovations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support recruiting across our manufacturing facility, partnering with leadership and HR to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver top talent for production, technical, administrative, and professional roles.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing setting, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent recruiting experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to effectively recruit for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership, the HR team, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Recruit for a variety of positions within the manufacturing facility, including production, skilled trades, technical, administrative, and professional roles.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
