Job summary

Triumph Foods is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment for corporate management and support roles. You will screen candidates, present written recommendations to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

The role requires strong HRIS and ATS proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing timely updates. You will also handle onboarding, weekly reporting, and KPI tracking as part of day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required or related field.
• Strong experience with HRIS systems and ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates against job requirements and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate, schedule, and communicate between hiring managers and candidates for interviews.
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, and referrals; track KPIs.
• Enter new hire information and support onboarding in the HRIS system.
• Prepare reports and maintain confidential applicant records.
