Job summary

Morales Group Staffing is seeking a recruiting professional to manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned areas, from sourcing through onboarding. You will interview candidates, maintain Bullhorn records with precision, and assist with onboarding for walk-ins.

You will actively source candidates via Indeed, social media, referrals, and job fairs, coordinating interviews with clients and presenting top recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Conduct candidate interviews to ensure proper qualification against job descriptions.
• Enter interview data into Bullhorn with accuracy and detail.
• Assist with walk-in overflow and onboarding processes.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals; coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and present candidate recommendations.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates through regular callbacks and visits.
• Travel to recruiting events, job fairs, and client sites as required.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Bullhorn and communicate with Operations and Sales teams.
