Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Conduct detailed interviews to ensure job-fit alignment.
• Maintain timely documentation in Bullhorn and systems.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate client interviews and feedback while managing pipelines.
• Support onsite teammates and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
