Morales Group is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Account Manager to join us in Indianapolis, IN for an on-site role. You will lead full-cycle recruitment and serve as a trusted partner to clients, building talent pipelines and providing onsite support to ensure teammate success.

You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, develop pipelines with creative strategies, and collaborate with clients to meet staffing needs while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.
