Job summary

Morales Group is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end candidate placement for assigned areas. You will manage the recruitment cycle, interview candidates, and ensure accurate data entry in Bullhorn.

The role involves supporting onboarding, outbound/inbound communication, and collaboration with Operations and Sales to meet placement goals. Travel to recruiting fairs and client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening are essential.
• Being accurate, concise and detail oriented is required.
• Knowledge of other languages is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Conduct candidate interviews to ensure qualifications match the job description.
• Enter accurate interview data into Bullhorn.
• Assist with walk-in overflow during onboarding and applications.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients; report status to Operations/Sales.
