You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, develop pipelines with creative strategies, and collaborate with clients to meet staffing needs while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using diverse recruiting methods.
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality staffing solutions.
• Provide onsite support and check-ins to ensure teammate success.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support client satisfaction and growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance.
