You will screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate offers, and advise leaders on talent strategy while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via internet boards, networking and events to build a talent pool.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates; present top picks to hiring managers.
• Coordinate offers and negotiate competitive packages to close hires.
• Maintain compliant job descriptions and posting templates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and provide accurate recruiting metrics.
