Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and attract top talent by building robust candidate pipelines for a fast-paced environment. You will identify high-potential professionals, negotiate offers, and guide onboarding while advising leaders on talent strategy.

Collaborate with the People Experience team, use data-driven hiring practices, and stay adaptable in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via internet job boards, networking, social media, events and colleges.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone/virtual/in-person) and present top options to hiring managers.
• Coordinate offers and negotiations to close hires.
• Maintain job descriptions and posting templates compliant with regulations.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate pre-screening checks and relocation as needed.
• Provide guidance on sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques across teams.
