• Coordinate offers and negotiate to close; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Ensure job descriptions and postings are compliant with regulations.
• Maintain ATS data and generate recruitment analytics; monitor trends and gaps.
• Manage screening and interview coordination across multiple hiring managers.
• Provide excellent service to employees, managers, and candidates while maintaining confidentiality.
