NRI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and attract top talent by building robust candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will proactively identify talent, negotiate offers, and guide leaders on talent decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and strong sourcing skills with social media and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a full life-cycle recruiter.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, networking, social media, and events.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone/virtual/in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
• Present offers and negotiate a competitive offer to close the deal.
• Maintain job descriptions and posting templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and recruitment metrics for reporting.
• Coordinate pre-screening checks and relocation as needed.
