Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and attract top talent for our operations in Henderson, Nevada. You will build robust candidate pipelines, screen applicants, negotiate offers, and guide leaders in identifying talent to fill critical roles.

You'll leverage social media, job boards, and networking to meet time-to-fill goals, maintain ATS data, and ensure compliant, high-quality hires while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a full life-cycle recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through diverse methods.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone, virtual, or in person.
• Present offers and negotiate to close hires.
• Maintain ATS and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and confidentiality.
