Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple requisitions.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proactive problem solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted requisition load and deliver against recruitment goals.
• Develop multi-channel strategies including events, outreach, and campaigns.
• Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines with urgency.
• Build proactive pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters, providing clear progress updates.
• Identify talent risks and pipeline gaps, developing actionable solutions.
• Maintain urgent, ongoing communication to keep roles moving.
• Use data to create 3-5 month hiring plans and rhythms.
• Coach recruiters and cross-functional partners on best practices.
• Introduce creative strategies to fill high-volume roles.
• Measure impact of initiatives to improve future strategies.
