Job summary

Eden Housing is seeking a Recruiter to partner with the HR team to build a robust candidate pipeline and support talent acquisition across properties and programs. The role combines creative sourcing with structured interview processes and collaborative strategy development to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, developing interview questions, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with recruiting software is a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of federal / state hiring regulations and compliance, including work authorization procedures.
• Recruiting or SHRM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of full cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Screen resumes at all levels and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth process through offer and candidate close.
• Formulate multilevel interview questions for each opening.
• Develop effective assessment of skill sets using appropriate testing.
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening and DOJ screening, when necessary.
• Work with Sr Director of HR and management teams to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
