Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for a range of roles, from temporary to direct-hire, across diverse clients. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs and deploy tailored recruiting strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.

You will conduct structured interviews, coach candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure quality placements while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience within staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ATS usage.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and drive placements.
