Hayden Homes is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across all departments. You will own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and background checks, while maintaining proactive candidate and manager communications.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will contribute to building an industry-leading recruiting function within the Hayden Homes family of brands, ensuring compliance and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with in-house, full-cycle recruiting is required.
• Knowledge of local and federal recruitment regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of ADP or other ATS is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer extension.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
