Job summary

USA DeBusk seeks a skilled Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies across the company. You will source candidates, pre-screen resumes, and support hiring decisions while following established staffing processes.

You’ll collaborate with branch and corporate management to draft accurate job descriptions, post roles, screen applicants, and manage ADP Recruitment Management. Travel to branch locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, highly preferred.
• 5+ years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring processes, highly preferred.
• Experience with ADP and ADP RM is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation abilities.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across roles.
• Proactive, independent, and initiative-driven.
• Excellent time management with proven deadline adherence.
• Familiarity with laws and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, designs, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with branch/corporate management to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; prepares interview questions and materials.
• Manages ADP Recruitment Management.
• Collaborates during offer process on salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and details.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Attends hiring events and coordinates with branches.
• Identifies new sourcing methods.
• Provides recruiting reports to HR Corporate Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
