Job summary

VSE Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with all aspects of recruitment for a multi-sector organization with commercial and government contracts.

The TA Specialist will develop a strong candidate pipeline and recruit for roles at all levels, while navigating a complex, national and international organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to maximize efficiency of the recruiting process, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, HR, or related field.
4 years of recruiting experience.
Knowledge of OFCCP, FLSA, SCA, employment law.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting across the organization.
Build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
Collaborate with managers to optimize recruiting process.
Develop sourcing strategies using all tools and online job boards.
Build candidate pipelines for high turnover roles.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and OFCCP requirements.
Support recruitment programs and initiatives across the company.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
