Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Actively cold call potential candidates to build pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance through the process.
• Notify non-selected candidates and maintain positive candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and metrics.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
