Job summary

Ram Iron & Metal Inc is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Under the Director of HR, you will identify and source talent, maintain records, and ensure HR documentation aligns with business processes.

You will advise employees and managers on policies, support compensation and benefits, training and development, onboarding, and employee relations, and help drive continuous improvement across HR programs.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• CHRP certification or working towards would be an asset.
• 3–5 years of related HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment and health and safety legislation.
• Ability to read and interpret legislation; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent for the organization.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and programs.
• Support compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
• Recruit applicants, hire new talent, and guide onboarding.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll questions.
