Qualifications

• Three to five years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to recruit for hourly, skilled trades, technical, administrative, and leadership roles.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and compliant selection.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, track metrics, and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and partnership with hiring managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, administrative and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to expand direct recruiting and reduce temporary-to-hire reliance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing positions.
• Screen applicants, interview, coordinate interviews, support selection decisions.
• Manage offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and new-hire orientations.
• Use social networks, referrals, job fairs, and partnerships to identify candidates.
