Job summary

Mesabi Metallics Company LLC seeks an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll help with sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and new-hire onboarding while handling employee records and benefits tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth across HR activities and close collaboration with senior HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR projects.
• Support HR reporting, data entry, and documentation.
