Job summary

DHL Global Recruiting & Onboarding seeks an HR Process Expert to design, govern, and improve end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes on a global scale. The role focuses on scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled solutions beyond day-to-day hiring activities.

Working with HR, IT, and vendors, you will drive automation, governance, and user adoption to deliver consistent experiences that support growth and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.
• Strong understanding of process design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to translate requirements into process designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment and onboarding processes to identify improvements and performance gaps.
• Design, standardise, and optimise global recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Translate business requirements into system and process enhancements with IT and external vendors.
• Support process change implementation including planning, testing (UAT), configuration, and rollout.
• Monitor process performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure scalable, adoptable solutions.
• Deliver process documentation, training, and support for issue resolution.
