Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of related experience.
• Human Resources degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage candidates and customers delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct recruiting and outreach initiatives to identify top talent.
• Assess and interview potential candidates and provide evaluation feedback.
• Create employee evaluations and manage retention activities.
• Develop, facilitate, and certify onboarding training.
• HRIS and LMS systems management and compliance.
